What's your email address?
[email protected]

Where are your products made?
All of our custom drumstick bags and guitar straps are handmade and ships from our shop located in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Do you offer other products other than drumstick bags and guitar straps?
We are currently working on additional product offerings! We have also been known to accept certain one-off custom projects.

Are you on social media?
Yes. You can find us more actively on Facebook and Instagram @Roadie Gear Works.

What kind of custom options are available?
We're able to accommodate a wide array of custom requests. The best thing to do is contact us about your project and ask if your customization request is possible. Whether it's a logo, initials, or a certain color or material, chances are it's available! The only materials we won't work with are genuine leathers, socks and undergarments! For a point of reference, check out our gallery.

Can you brand your guitar strap/stick bag to match my  large name music instrument brand?
It depends on the brand/company. Although we work with certain boutique brands to accommodate these type of requests, few have agreed to allow us to do this. If you're endorsed by a particular brand, have your Artist Relations representative contact us to discuss this arrangement.

Is it possible to have my guitar strap/stick bag to match a custom instrument I'm getting made?
The best way to determine that is for you to provide us with as many photos as possible of the instrument you're getting made. If the instrument is still in production, or if photos are not yet available to you, have the manufacturer contact us and we'll determine from there if this is a possibility. Although we will do our best to color match our custom products to your instrument, we cannot guarantee a perfect match.

What are your payment terms?
All orders must be paid in full before your order goes into production. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept partial payments, and no refunds are given on custom orders.

Do you have genuine leather products?
Genuine leather products are not available at this time.

How does the whole process work?
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] to set up a free no-obligation consultation!

Step 2: During our consultation, provide as many details as possible about what you're looking for in your guitar strap or drumstick bag. This includes certain material, colors, special features such as extra pockets, trim color, lengths, etc. The more information we have, the better!

Step 3: Once you've decided if you want to move forward with your order, we will send you a payment link to submit your payment.

Step 4: Approve your artwork! We will provide either a hand drawn or computer rendition of your order for your review. This is the time where we fine tune your product, and make necessary revisions! Once you approve the art, we go into production!

What's your turnaround time?
You'll receive your custom stick bag or guitar strap in 3-4 weeks after design approval and payment has been received. Between the months of November-February, our lead times may vary due to the holidays and winter NAMM. During this time, we'll give you periodic updates on how production is going, which will include pictures of your order in progress! We'll communicate with you if the timeline on your order needs to be adjusted.

Is it possible to rush my custom order?
To ensure each custom product meets our quality standards, we no longer offer rush services.

Do you accept dealer inquiries?
Yes we do. Please email your store information to [email protected] and the best time to reach you.

Are you accepting distributor inquiries?
Not at this time.

Are you able to supply to other music product manufacturers? What's your minimum order quantity?
As a matter of fact, we can! We can accommodate single piece orders or short order runs. This service is ideal for drum and guitar product manufacturers that don't want to deal with the hassle of large quantity bulk orders from other suppliers.

I want to start my own accessories brand for my company, and want Roadie Gear Works to be our supplier. Do you offer OEM services?
We are accepting a very limited number of OEM requests. Please email us at [email protected] with your inquiry.

What kind of people use your products?
Anyone from local to nationally touring acts stand by our name!

Can you put us in contact with one of your artists?

Short answer - no. Our artists are our most valuable assets; under no circumstance will we jeopardize our reputation with our artists by divulging contact information.

I want to be an endorsed artist?  How do I apply?
Go to our "Contact Us" page, and download our artist endorsement application. Once you finish the application in its entirety, send it back to us with any required information to [email protected] Once received, we will review your submitted material and get back with you as soon as possible with our decision.

During the months of December, January, and February, we typically place a hold on endorsement application reviews due to the holidays and NAMM. Do NOT contact us to follow up on your application. Disclaimer: Filling out an endorsement application is not an automatic qualifier to be an artist.
